Iran’s ‘Without Her’ joins Venice Film Festival lineup

Iranian feature ‘Without Her’ has joined the lineup for the 2022 edition of Venice Film Festival in Italy.

‘Without Her’, Directed by Arian Vazirdaftari, will take part in the festival’s Horizons Extra category.

The line-up for the 79th edition of Venice Film Festival was announced by the festival’s president Roberto Cicutto and artistic director Alberto Barbera.

‘Without Her’ is about Roya who provides assistance to a young woman who appears to have lost her memory, and introduces her to her family, unaware of this woman’s malice intentions.

The film is starring Tannaz Tabatabaei, Saber Abar, and Shadi Karamroudi.

The 79th edition of Venice Film Festival will kick off on August 31 and run until September 10.
